Hairfall,dandruff,scalp

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I changed my shampoo from head & shoulders to garnier fructis and from then on my hairfall ,dandruff and scalp increased. I even changed my shampoos but there no change. Now I'm using loreal Paris(gold) but still there's no change I even get itching and my hair has become thin. Please suggest to avoid these problems

Hi...... Hair fall can occur due to dandruff. Changing shampoo ll not help you much.u ll have to use topical antifungals n if required oral medication also.Other possible cause could be telogen phase of hair cycle which may last for 3-6months, stress, nutritional deficiencies, endocrinal issues n so on.consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis n treatment. Have a good day
