Acne along with hairfall means there may be some hormonal cause for this like pcod which is polycytic ovaries disease. This needs to be checked. Weight gain is also seen in this. The hairfall is called female pattern baldness and will continue and may get severe if not treated. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
