Hairfall After the treatment for Typhoid
Hello Doctor In the month of May(1st week), I was diagnosed with Typhoid. My treatment (Included Injections and medicines) discontinued after 15 days. But, since then I have noticed an abnormal loss of hair. I had hairfall problem before as well but that was very usual because I put up in Noida and the water is little rough for scalp. I have been using DOVE damage care therapy treatment shampoo for more than 5 years and still using it. Kindly, enlighten me on this issue. And if you could tell me mechanical treatment for that or any homemade remedies or even shampoo change. Thanks and Regards
