Alopecia areata is not treated with hair transplant. If the disease reactivates, the new hair will also disappear. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment

Hello.
Hair transplant needs to be avoided in cases of AA as transplanted hair may also be affected by AA.
Hair in AA patches do grow back with proper treatment.
Please take online consultation for AA treatment.
