Hair thinning at crown
Excessive hair thinning at the crown part of head. Taking different medicines since last year like hair amrit, perfectil etc. Done PRP 3 sessions. Drinking amla + aloevera juice daily since 1 month. Not much help. No thyroid problems. Rare alcohol consumption (once in a month), occasional non veg eating, no smoking habits. Can anyone help me please?

Excessive hair thinning can be due to hormonal imbalance.Kindly check LH FSH DHEAS and testosterone.If you have any menstrual irregularity please do USG abdomen aswell

Hair weakening at crown specially in female are having chances of some pathology if not hereditary. There may be pco , alopecia , reproductive hormone imbalance, due to some prvious long standing disease or medicine history or some other cause.
