I m hving 2-3 pimples &dandruff on my scalp due to which m hving hairfall frm roots.i hve dry hair,use tresseme hair spa rejuvenation shampoo shld i change it?which product shuld i use to deal with this problem?plz suggest product tht won't affect my hair & which can stop my hairfall.

Switch over to medicated shampoos containing Ketoconozole and zinc pyrithione weekly thrice. Use Biotin supplements daily for a month . If hair loss persists then you will require certain blood tests and gynaecologist opinion for better management.
