  4. Hair pattern baldness. ( what to do now?

I have used minoxidil + finasteradine tablets .. The solution gave me headache. I discontinued Then I was suggested another solution which also in some days started causing me headache then I discontinued it too. Is there no thing I can do for my hairs to save them? They are depleting my personality.. I have also tried matrix aminexil hair fall solution .. They do stopped my hair fall but i discontinued as my headache started again :( What to do now? Is not there any natural solution.. I have tried onion juice but it didn't made any difference... :/
