Hair Not Growing
A very small portion of my beard suddenly stopped growing hairs. There are no hairs in that stopped portion . Whats the reason and treatment ?

You may be having alopecia areata. this is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes​ against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp. It can affect any hairy area of the body also like eyebrows and  beard. It has to be treated properly for long duration until the immunity comes down. Could be alopecia areata. It’s an auto immune disease which affects the hair and person would develop hairless patch on scalp or beard. Majority of cases disease is not sever but you need to start medicine ASAP as it would progress and affect other areas. Creams and medicines are available for complete cure. You are suffering from alopecia serata causing patchy hair loss.. Medicine available for good improvement......As the treatment varies depending on the severity... Send photos of the affected area, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
