I had lost more hairs, can I grow them back again. Looking a proper advice and solution to this, wether it is possible to grow hair back

We need to treat the root cause first. Need to know  personal history in detail as menopause, diet n lifestyle may be causing it. Increase your ptotein intake ...legumes, fish, egg, soya etc.You can make herval oil at home n use transparent sulphate free shampoo. Ayurvedic medication can help im your hair growth.

Need to look into the cause for hairfall. Some hair applications will help.. eat almonds and raisins. It will help control the hairfall. And also eat more vegetables. If non vegetarian then eat egg 4 per week. Also take chicken or mutton(of goat) once in 15 days.

put 2 drops of ghee or anu taila(available in ayurvedic stores) to both nostrils any time of the day twice.

Your problem is due to malnutrition,Take Hibiscus powder 1 tsf bid or fresh two flower's petals twice a day,. massage with olive oil,drop almond oil in nostrils daily
