Hi, Since last 7 years I am suffering from hair loss problem, as a result my all haira from the head have sheded. Now I am Bald. As the hair shedding suddenly started in March 2020 again and as a result all hair from my head have sheded, it's all Bald top,sides,back all Bald. I wanted to know how shedding started suddenly as within 30 days of time I became Bald, only miniature haira are on my head in certain areas of head only. I wanted to know the reason,whether I have alopecia totalis , alopecia areata as some hair from body also shedded during the time but in small amount. Thank you

Yes its possible that you are suffering from alopecia totalis. But w/o pictures and detailed history, its difficult to conclude.
