Suffering from hair fall from last one month approximately.consulted a dermatologist two days back and he prescribed minoxidil 5% w/w foam and densita tablets. Should I use minoxidil or not and when can I stop it.Will it cause any effect on stopping it's use and till when I have to use it.
Is it true that if u start using minoxidil you have to use it till your lifetime?

Minoxidil will be effective for androgenetic alopecia, chronic telogen effluvum and yes you need to use it for long term (may be lifelong)
