Your brother is having hair loss quite early and definitely needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist. Once hair fall is corrected with topical and oral medications and necessary hair care products, hair transplant can be thought of only if necessary. Before hair transplant, PRP treatment is indeed a viable and promising option.

Your brother seems to be having male pattern hair loss. First seek the advice of a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate hair care serums and vitamins. This will prevent further hair loss. Then depending on how severe the hair loss is the dermatologist can advise you the correct time for transplant
