Hair loss problem
I am a student and I have been facing this hair fall problem since my schooling. But in between it has increased decreased as well after I went for any medication or have tried some remedies in home too. Now hair fall is normal but my hair fall is increasing everyday. It's somehow giving me baldness in the front and back side too. I have changed different shampoo, serum oil everything but things are working in a temporary manner. I seriously love my hair and the texture was so good before . But I am getting hair fall now and things are not normal. I want some advice to reduce it.

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia or which is also called as pattern baldness. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is minoxidil and finesteride tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream works will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. You can also consider platelet rich plasma therapy for faster results. Please consult me with photos for proper examination and treatment.
