Hair loss, hot flashes, cold feet and...
Could this be insufficiency in my adrenals? Or what could this be?
For long time..about 2 years;
Severe Hair loss(diffuse)
Severe hot flashes
Extremely cold feet(hands)+ all over feeling cold
Bad eczema
Other noticed:
Low blood pressure, low cortisol (borderline/under normal)all day except evening, low testosterone, low "salt"/natrium

It could be adrenal insufficiency from the features you just mentioned.
Next Steps
Do an ACTH stimulation test after consulting with an endocrinologist. Also rule out hypothyroidism as these symptoms of hair loss, cold intolerance, feeling weak could be related to thyroid too and it's more commonly seen than adrenal insufficiency.
