Hair loss circumference of 2cm.

Hair loss problem at top of my head circumference around 2 cm. I noticed all that One week before, No what I do for it. I have no blood sugar proble., B. P is normal, Adv Tsh report is also normal. Please suggest me what i used to regrow my hair as soon as possible. Someone guides to me use Coconut oil. Is it really good. I am worried about it. Please give me what i do. This is the medicines & liquid Spray for hair. Is it helpful to regrow my hair.
