46 yr old. Hair fall since last 12 yrs. Now nearly bald from crown. Hair loss at front. Thickness of hair gone and dull hair. Using medicines for BP and depression. Also had scalp psoriasis which goes after having medications.
Can the rest of hair could be retained with only having oral pills, and without using menoxidil or hair transplant.

Only with oral supplements difficult to predict. You can opt for PRP therapy and Hair Mesotherapy. However most cases hair loss stabilizes and patients retain their occipital area hairs.
