Hair Loss and Thinning
I have been experiencing Hair loss and hair thinning for past 1-2 years. I have practicing Boxing for around 6 months and doing gym for 3 years.My practice would be twice a day, early Morning and evening.because of the sweat I had to do head bath twice a day but I use shampoos only once in three days. And I'm using whey protein for 3 months and fat burner for past 10 days. Now I'm not using fat burners anymore.i get enough sleep from 10:30pm to 4:45am and take a nap during noon. What should I do to save myself from hair loss ?
