Hello, The most common cause of hair fall in females is iron deficiency.check your hemoglobin level once. If your mother or sisters have thin hair especially in the partition area you could be suffering from female pattern hair loss. Consume a diet rich in iron like spinach ,liver and fruits.proteins and omega 3 fatty acids can also help. Visit a dermatologist for further advice and, management. The hair cycle normally consists of growing, resting and falling hairs and there is a delicate balance between these stages of hair cycle. Normally hair should regrow but if it is not happening, you should consider seeing a dermatologist.
