Hair loss and acne on beard area/ scalp

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have bald patches over my head and beard. Acne will come on scalp and beard and later hair starts falling in those area. Once before 4 years I had a bald spot on my beard and I had some medicine and minoxidil and hair grew back. Not I face itching and acne appearing all over my head. What should I do? My mostly have food from outside.

You may be having alopecia areata. this is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp.
