After I consult with doctor she suggested me Minoxidil and finasteride topical solution, recapit plus,Procapil hair serum, calciquick-D2 sachets and ketoconozol location to reduce hair loss and dandruff issue. she said 4 month you hardly recognise any changed except dandruff after that 4-8 months you will get proper change in my front side hair. My age is 29 and my hair loss was gradually but now I feel like my forehead front hair is less than normal that's why I consult here today. Kindly advice me about medicine as I see Minoxidil is harmful for sexual life and I would like to check your expertise knowledge regarding the same with possibility. If possible kindly advice me something. I would prefer to avoid any further consequences. I hope you will understand and will give me some advice regarding the same. Thanks to all,

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. You seem to be suffering from diffuse patterned hair loss (a type of androgenetic alopecia) and you would require treatment like minoxidil, finasteride, prp , laser and hair threads to treat the existing condition. Remember, with these or other non-surgical treatment, the progression of the disease like thinning and hair fall can be stopped and thickness of the hair can be restored to some extent which should be sufficient in your case. However, medical treatment do not regrow new roots. regarding the side effect of minoxidil, it does not cause any sexual side effects as per present scientific knowledge. however, finasteride can cause it and therefore, your doctor has prescribed no oral medication.

i would advise you to consider prp therapy along with microneedling and hair threads to have faster and long lasting effect if thats what you are looking for
