Hair is thin, stopped growing
Hi, My hair doesn't grow below shoulder since so many years. It seems hair has stopped growing. I do regular oiling with almond, coconut , castor mixed.. adding Curry leaves and giving hot oil massage. Still it's thin and not growing. Please suggest what should I do. Also shall I take any suppliment? Fish oil or multivitamin. Please suggest some remedies
