I have been falling hair roundly in my back neck from the last 8 months .used some remedies,but no result found

You have Alopecia Areata. If left untreated, it may involve the whole scalp or resolve on its own, depending on how your immune system is functioning. Use clobetasol cream twice daily over the patches and take a hair supplement like androanagen
