Hair fall with split ends

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My friend was using dove shampoo earlier and has changed to Loreal (5 in 1) shampoo recently.she is experiencing dandruff problems with hairfall which includes increased split ends. Could you please suggest her a good shampoo with less chemicals.
