1.On wat u eat, how u eat.
2.Nutritional value.
3.Quality of sleep - 6-8 continuous uninterrupted sleep is necessary.
4.Micronutrients - zinc copper magnesium iron
5.Scalp care- hairwash with salicylic acid shampoo for dandruff scale removal, twice a week, proper drying of hair .
