Hi. Greetings. You may be having early androgenetic alopecia or hair loss could also be due to other causes like vitamin deficiencies, hormonal issues, improper hair care, etc. You must see a qualified dermatologist to discuss the same and work out the cause for your hair loss. You'll mostly need a potassium channel opener based solution and if thinning is severe you'll need a oral five alfa reductase inhibitor. Please see a dermatologist for a prescription as per diagnosis. Hope this helps.

Hi You seem to be having telogen effluvium. This condition may be due to recent viral fevers, change in diet or crash diet, or severe stress. Please eat healthy and include plenty of protein and fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk foods and smoking. Upto 100 hairs per day loss is normal. However if you notice scalp thinning then you need to start stronger tablets and serum. Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments. Remember in hair loss prevention is always better than cure
