Hello Dr 48 M. Healthy lifestyle. No smoking no drinking. Running n Gyming Since more than 1 year using minoxidil 5 but struggling to get growth  as required. Especially when hair is wet

Consider Hair PRP, mesotherapy and addition of oral medicines for the same. You may shift to minoxidil 10% once a day as well

There are many causes of hair fall. it has be evaluated.proper medical history with specific pattern of hair loss is required for making perfect diagnosis.

MINOXIDIL should be ideally used twice daily for maximum benefit. Once daily may not be sufficient. Combination of topical minoxidil and finsateride gives better results. PRP and mesotherapy are other options for improving hair growth and density
