This will sound silly but count your hair fall. Up to 100 hair can be lost everyday and that is normal. Plus, women 'shed' (not related to hair fall) their hair 2 or 3 times a year. Try figure out if the rainy season is your hair shedding season. If you say your hair is thinning then modify your life style. Eat healthy, sleep on time, wake up early and EXERCISE. That helps in keeping your body healthy and in turn your hair healthy. After all, your hair indicates the overall health of your body. So if you are unhealthy so will be your hair.
