Hair fall - hair thinning

I am taking thyroid medicines since the last 10-11 years. I understand hair loss may occur due to thyroid. But my hair thinning problem is severe now. I am just 22 and I do not have even 1/10 of the hair I used to from 10 years back. Please help me with this... My hair length growth is decent but it stops after reaching a certain length but that's still not an issue. What can I do to thicken my hair. Please help. I am at the verge of going bald
