Hair fall for psoriasis

I have psoriasis both on scalp and on body , I also have a severe pattern hair loss on both temples ,but still very miniature hair are visible these hair started after using minoxidil for 6 months but not growing beyond a certain length , can I expect these to grow from vellaus to terminal ? If not is hair transplant an option for psoriasis patients.
