May be androgenetic (AGA)/pattern baldness. Basically it depends on the how you responds to the circulating hormone(androgen) that inturn depends on the hereditary. Different grades are there of AGA  upto last stage 7 th grade. Depending on the grades we can treat it. In intial stages from grade 1 to 3  we can control hair thinning & falling by using minoxidil , finasteride, various peptides..etc Oral hair supplements. If not responding we can do  mesotherapy,PRP local injection on the affected areas, low level light therapy..etc. If not responding means hair transplant . So intial assessment plus topical medication &oral supplements are important...
Next Steps
consult near by Dermatologist let them evaluate your problem &can help you properly by the above said modalities.
