Hi After my delivery too much hair falling is there and day by day it's increasing and there is irritation on head because of Dandruf.

Hi. I would like to mention that hair fall after delivery (telogen gravidarum) is quite normal and shouldn't be stressed so much. During pregnancy anagen phase (growth phase) of hair cycle is prolonged. But After delivery, there is increased shedding within 2 to 3 months. I would advise u to consume a nutritional and balanced diet. Regards, Dr. Zubin Mandlewala MUMBAI
