Hair fall or Telogen effluvium is a condition which is characterized by severe hair fall secondary to anemia, thyroid disease, hormonal imbalance , illness in the past , under nourishment , pregnancy. Get a proper evaluation done by dermatologist and gynaecologist to find out the cause and treat the same.
