I used to use Tugain Solution 2% for Hair fall issue. I have stopped using it for a while but I want to use it again cause of my hair fall. But I am worried can I start again using Tugain solution ? Is Tugain Solution Minoxidil a Pyschoative drug? Will it be problem? Can I use it or not? Please advise
