Hair density and hairfall. Please!

I don't have any genetic hair problem in our family. But from last 2-3 years I am loosing my hair, specifically in the temple area. Also the density has reduced a lot. I went for a consultation at various hair clinic. They suggested me of Meso therapy along with laser therapy. PRP therapy I also enquired. But my question is will Meso or PRP will help regain my hair at portion where I alreday lost specifically the temple portion. Also after I complete my 3 PRP sessions or 6 Meso sessions, how far my hair density will grow and will it remain or after stop the treatment after 1year it will again start to fall. Also the rates of Meso/PRP at Guwahati is quite high in comparison to other major/metro location. Suggestions please
