Not concerned with that..You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Massaging improves circulation to your hair roots and is the oldest known remedy for good hair health. Avoid leaving oil on your scalp for longer than an hour as that might attract dust and pollution, so do it before shampooing. Masturbating does not harm your hair.
Next Steps
consider a once in 3 weeks online consult with a qualified dermatologist till your hair issues improves.
Health Tips
dermatologist are the only hair specialists. there is no seprate specialisation for hair. so dont be fooled by someone who tells you he or she is a hair specialist only not skin
