Hello sir, i have attached my EcG.. I felt chest pain & pain in neck area near collar bone and neck.. And my pressure was also low.. So i decided to do the ecg.. I am little bit tensed sir.. Pls suggest me.. Previous year i did my echo2 d it was ok.. Do i need to do any further? Is it serious? Do i need to do any further check up.. Thanks in advance if u find time yourself out of your busy schedule and assist me little.. 👍Thanks..
