Yes u can treat at home if disease is in early stage.
Basically haemorrhoids are dilated veins.
Occur due to constipation.
Take high fibre diet( salads and curd)
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Dont strain while doing motion.
Take hot sitz bath(sitting in warm water in a tub) 2 times a day for 15 mins each for 7 days.
Pain occurs in fissure.
But if your disease is long term and u can feel something coming out from rectum then u shud visit a surgeon near u for examination.
