External haemorrhoid
She is having piles or haemorrhoid externally.. we would like to know what food should she take to control and reduce the problem so she would not like to have surgery at this stage. Please list as many have and dont have food items. Thank you.

Thanks for expecting healthier solutions with ayurveda, seat in warm water for 20min by application of coconut oil mixed with camper before n after seitzs bath, have abundent warm buttermilk by adding thyme,cumin seeds, pomogrenate, pineappe juices without sugar n ice...hope it work n sooth u, feel freee to commucate
