Haemoglobin and RBC count after quitting
Recently, I was diagnosed with 16.8 haemoglobin level (the lab's normal is 16). It's because of smoking (I smoke 12-15 cigarettes a day). But I didn't smoke a single one in the last 7 days and plan to quit it altogether. By what time should I expect my haemoglobin to return to normal?
