Had my ic surgery 3 month back and now i join my office since 15 days now problem is that when i try to do work like reading files then there is forehead headache start and something white like moving suddenly under upper eyelid from centre to outer corner within second while eye is closed and also open eye while i am relax 3-4 times in day....what is the reason....?

Pl hydrate yourself.pl take adequate sleep and balanced diet. Destress yourself. Pl do Yoga,meditation and pranayama. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

• Follow 20 20 20 rule while working on computer or doing near work. • look at 20 feet distance after every 20 minutes for 20 seconds and blink more • adjust your posture • use bluecut spectacles while working on screen. • take adequate rest.
