I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. My haemoglobin is around 10 due to which my gynae asked me to start eating chicken liver. I had proper cooked chicken liver around 4 times in last 10 days (per serving approx 100gm). Today I read an article wherein it was mentioned that chicken liver can cause fetal defects due to excessive vit A if taken more than twice a month. I an really scared now, kindly advice.
