Hello doctor, What to eat and drink and what to avoid in this h pylori. Do I have to do some exercise as I have sore throat and moveable body pain from 2 months.

Hi...were you diagnosed with h pylori infection by a doctor? Acidity is a major cause for non specific throat pain without fever You have to avoid oily,spicy sour foods .avoid alcohol and smoking Have good sleep in night hours To control h pylori you have to take medications if is diagnosed by test Life style changes advisable
