Gynaecomastia in pubertal age is physiological. But it gets subsided in 1 to 2 years. If still it's persistent needs hormonal evaluation. Tamoxifen used if associated with pain. Consult endocrinologist for further management. If it is glandular and undergone fibrosis then surgery has to be done.
