My body developed this issue when I was 14. I was developing puffy nipples. Since I never cared about this as my body had fat. Now when I have reduced my all over body fat and my chest is in shape.
I am getting irritated by these puffy nipples as they look clear now on tshirts.
Any suggestion how can I cure that?
