Fear of developing dibetes
I am a healthy 24 year old i exercise regularly. I have measured my sugar and it always come 80-90 and my hba1c was 4.6. But whenever i eat a chocolate or ice cream sometimes or sweets i always get the thought of developing dibetes. I regret more than i eat and this has made my food enjoying experience worse. Will i develop dibetes ? I am 74kg and i eat normal food daily and once in a while these food

Your sugars currently are absolutely fine..how much is your height? It's not specified..if overweight try to reduce it . Healthy lifestyle and daily exercise will keep you fit and fine..
