Gynecomastia
Hey there, I am asking for someone else's behalf about gynecomastia. My friend is suffering from 3rd degree gynecomastia and he wants to get a surgery only if it is the last resort. However, I wanted to connect with someone who could help him out with this without a surgery. Thank you.

First get a complete evaluation for the cause of gynaecomastia,,,then go a head with surgery...no medical management for gynaecomastia,, except treat the underlying medical condition if any.
