Can gynecomastia which is from childhood be treated without surgery with only medicines?? At first I was fatty but now I have normal weight but no size changed.

Listen man Start doing chest exercises regularly it will disappear. No need to take medicines no need to go for surgery. If you have all the symptoms of gynaecomastia then consult.
