My wife had an abortion in her first pregnancy around 40 days ago with the consultation of a specialist but she still feels pain in her waist and some brown color blood is seen coming out of her vagina.

Hello. Very Good morning. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. As per your history, you should go for a Ultrasound for the Retained Products of conception ( USG LOWER ABDOMEN FOR RPOC). After having this scan, & the report will tell you, that abortion was done successfully or not and please discuss this possibility with your concerned doctor. Take care and have a hasty recovery.
