Gynecological help for PCOD
My periods are irregular from very long time. 4 years back i consultant with doctors and she said there weren't any major issue only a small sist is there in my left overy but i haven't on any medication and that time they become regular for for approx one or two year. Now they are again irregular. From last two months i didn't get menstruation. Now i am little worried what to do

If ur sexually not active no need to worry do regular yoga pranayam excercise walk and take plenty of  liquid suppliments but if ur sexually active do UPT
