Gynaecomastia problem
I am suffering from saggy chest since my teenage. After consultation with a surgeon, he advices me to undergo a surgery for gland removal as well as liposuction. Kindly advice on what to do.

Greetings, yes this is the preferred line of treamtent. Kindly follow the surgeons advice / alternatively - kindly see a surgeon who routinely does liposuction / or see a plastic surgeon. If you do not want surgery - cryo body sculpting is another option - but results are variable , it is not widely available and cost may be high - and it wont help if there is gland hyper trophy or increase size of areola.
